The process for becoming a member of the SSPHO involves an application to the SSPHO board. The application should include a comprehensive curriculum vitae.

For ordinary membership, the applicant must also provide a copy of their specialization title or an FMH/SIWF-equivalent title. The SSPHO board reviews the application and makes a decision based on the qualifications presented.

Extraordinary members who acquire a specialization title can become ordinary members without additional procedures. The SSPHO board oversees the admission process for all members, ensuring that the organization remains composed of individuals with the necessary expertise and knowledge to achieve its mission of improving the lives of children with cancer and blood disorders.
